Six years is a long wait for a sequel, but Yggdrasil clearly thought it was worth it. The fan-favourite chameleon is making its return in MultiFly! 2 MultiMax™, and this time it’s come back bigger, bolder, and with a lot more chaos packed in.
Starting June 30, the game rolls out across multiple markets and operators worldwide, including the UK, Sweden, the Netherlands, and more.
What’s New This Time Around
The core is familiar if you played the original: a 5×3 reel layout, 243 Ways to Win, and the satisfying Avalanche/Dropdown mechanic where winning symbols clear out and new ones tumble in. The signature MultiMax™ feature returns too — every avalanche win spawns a WILD, and each WILD increases the reel multiplier by 1x, 2x, or 3x (or 2x, 3x, or 5x during Upgraded Free Spins). These multipliers stack additively and apply to any winning combination that passes through that reel, so wins can build quickly.
Land three or more Poison Dart Frog Scatter symbols and you’ll trigger Free Spins — 5, 10, or 15 of them — with accumulated multipliers carrying through the whole feature instead of resetting between spins. That’s where the bigger payouts tend to show up.
In select markets with participating operators, there’s also a two-tier Buy Bonus system: players can choose between standard Free Spins or a premium trigger package loaded with WILDs and multipliers, with up to six Buy Bonus options available in total.
